Hoisting machine: Hoisting the raw material to the next step
Washing and peeling machine: Washing the raw material and peeling
Conveyor: Take the raw material to the cutter
Cutter: Cut the raw potato to slices or slips
Blancer: Take away the starch of the slices or slips and make them have a nice appearance and taste
Vibrate water machine: Take away the water make the slips and slices dry then put into them to the fryer
Frying machine: Fry the slips and slices
Drop oil machine: Deoil step, it can make less the oil of the surface
Quick freezer: Cooling the chips and storage
